How to Track Your Elements Outdoor Living Delivery, From Order to Doorstep

How to Track Your Elements Outdoor Living Delivery, From Order to Doorstep

From the manufacturer to our warehouse

Once your goods arrive with us from our designer/manufacturer, our team checks every item against your order before anything moves further. This step exists for one reason: to catch any discrepancy before it reaches your garden, not after.

Once everything's checked and accounted for, we call you directly to book in a delivery date that suits you. No automated booking systems, no guessing games. Just a conversation with someone who knows your order.

What happens on delivery day

On the morning of your delivery, once our drivers begin their route, you'll receive an automated email from Track-POD, our delivery tracking partner. This email confirms your route has started and gives you a live tracking link.

A couple of things worth knowing about this email. It comes from a no-reply address, so it can occasionally land in your spam or junk folder rather than your main inbox. Worth a quick check there if it hasn't arrived by the time you're expecting it.

It's also worth knowing that because our drivers run multi-stop routes rather than a single point-to-point journey, your estimated arrival time can shift slightly as the day goes on. Your live tracking link always reflects the most current position, so that's the one to trust over any earlier estimate.

Tracking your delivery in real time

Once you have your Track-POD link, you can follow the vehicle live from your phone or computer, wherever you are. Alongside the live map, you'll see the full list of items due to arrive with you that day, so you know exactly what's on the van before it pulls up.

If you need to let the driver know something before they arrive, whether that's a parking restriction, an access code, or which entrance to use, you can add delivery instructions directly through the tracking page.

And if your circumstances change and you can no longer be in for the delivery, the earlier you let us know, the more we can do to help. A quick call or email as soon as you see the van approaching gives our team the best chance of rearranging things smoothly.

What our White Glove service includes

Delivery with Elements Outdoor Living isn't a case of a van pulling up and leaving a box on your driveway. Our White Glove service, included as standard on deliveries across England and Wales, covers the full job: bringing your furniture into position, assembling it completely, and removing every trace of packaging before we leave. Scotland receives the same White Glove service for a £199 delivery charge.

Once assembly is complete and the space is exactly as it should be, we'll ask you to sign to confirm the delivery. Anyone present at the property on the day can do this on your behalf, so you don't need to rearrange your schedule around being the one physically there to sign.

Any questions along the way

If anything about your delivery isn't clear, whether that's the tracking link, your booked date, or an item on your order, our team is easy to reach and happy to help. We'd rather you ask than wonder.
